The Essa Agriplex facility has 5 covered barns. Some have half walls installed on the outside to protect units from wind, snow and debris.
Our Winter Storage season opens mid to late October and closes in April.
All units are moved out by April 30th the latest.

During the warmer months, our storage space located either on grass or gravel in a designated area around the grounds.
Summer Storage is available for May, June and July, and is billed monthly.
All units are moved out by July 31 at the latest.
Move-in begins mid-October or later. Exact timing may depend on space availability and weather.
All items must be removed by the end of April. Late removals without prior approval will incur a $100/day late fee per item. After 7 days, unclaimed goods may be towed at your expense.
Returning Clients:
$16.00 per linear foot + HST
OR a flat rate of $400 + HST for items 25 feet or less
New Clients:
$25.00 per linear foot + HST
OR a flat rate of $625 + HST for items 25 feet or less
Yes. Full payment is due at the time of signing
No. Subletting is not allowed, and the stored goods must belong to the Tenant named in the agreement.
No flammables, perishables, trash, animals, or humans are allowed.
No locks, chains, or signage can be affixed to the property.

Storage is in open barns or gravel areas and is not monitored.
Tenants are highly encouraged to use hitch locks, and MUST provide proof of insurance for stored items.
You’ll be responsible for any cleanup or repairs, and charges may be billed to the credit card on file.
If the Landlord determines your use is detrimental to the site or others, you’ll be given 7 days’ notice to remove your property.
While the Essa Agriplex will provide contact information as needed, any resolution, payment for damages, or other arrangements are solely the responsibility of the Tenants involved in the situation.
